    Alexa updates their data in each 3 days . So I don't think its a problem with them . If you have any doubts regarding Alexa updates and other details , you can ask them in this forum .

    I suppose they are not share own ranking, cause could be poor ranking :)

    Alexa.com doesn't need to rank themselves.. It can be bias sometimes.. Anyway, that's good.. but i think alexa updates depends on your site's rankings.

    Alexa is inaccurate. They hardly even update their thumbnails. Compete.com is way more accurate.

    Hey... cool... one of my sites is up 116,598 to 584,702 :)

    I agree with Tracks. I have couple of sites and their ranking accord to alexa is far from the distribution between them.

    The 1st is 3rd in Alexa.
    The 2nd is 1st.
    The 3rd is 5th <<<<< !!!

    Last week was updating everyday.

    Does it update more the higher up the rankins or does it just depend on how much traffic you got that day.

    Right, Alexa updates in every 3 days. so it's possible that you got rank update in every 3 day.

    I like Alexa ranking, I think they are accurate and good. Its nice to have both a page trend ranking and a google pr ranking side by side to get a complete picture.

    Where do they get their data from? Alexa that is? to make these rankings?
