    i would change the colors. other than that, it is an ok desgin.

    Too much text. It needs to be broken up with some images and a coherent design. Doesn't have to be fancy, bust out the CSS.

    Nice loading time. The layout is not good, try to use more graphic styles on the content. The site looks clear and simple. I think the logo is cut off from the site, it displays in separate area.
