just log on to www.paypal.com sign up there you dont need any credit card for 100 dollar transaction for more verify your account with credit card is required
Registration page If you are new into internet business, choose Personal account ( no/small commissions ) and fill your personal details ! That's all ..
Forget the “personal account†they offer, that has more conditions and limitations than you want to know about. To get straight to the good stuff you must open a PayPal Business or Premier account at first base. A personal account simply doesnt give you the options and flexibility you need. Sometimes it's better to have an account with limitations, than to have an account which always takes big commissions
Hi! My five cents here... With the personal account though (the free one) you can accept payments only like 1-2 times. Then the Paypal forces you to get an upgrade, where they charge you like a 3% of the payment's sum...

Who cares what you're going to do. If you're in a country that it's not available in, you can't make an account. I had a customer who wanted to buy a domain from ruchiedomains.com. Since he did not had a credit card, I asked him to open a paypal account and send $10 to his paypal account. He had opened a personal account. Unfortunately, paypal would ask him to add a credit card to make the payment. I then asked the customer to upgrade to premier account and still he was not able to make the payment. Finally I asked the customer to login to his paypal account and refund the payment. I then processed the order from my Indian site ruchiedomains.in. Besides, on the paypal site its mentioned in the fees that for personal transactions, there is no fee to receive funds, but paypal still deducted the fess from the customers account. Sometimes, I find paypal bouncing above my heads.
Jamshed Paypal Doesnot support Pakistan then just the way to get account is if you have any relation in foreign then ask him/her to get account by his/her own name + address... when he/she got... transfer your payments to that account and ask him/her to send it to you through western union or any other way what you like...
Signup process is very easy like creating a mail account but depending on the country it may require some things to be done (verification process or some documents needed). The requirements will be found at paypal website itself.
