MSN Likes My Site, but Why?

Discussion in 'Bing' started by UnderWearKing, Feb 26, 2009.

    Hi everyone-

Not sure why but MSN has given me a lot of love under a lot of good keywords for a new affiliate website I put up just last December.

The site is Wrinkle Cream Reviews But, my question, what did I do so well that makes MSN like it?

MSN puts a lot (too much) weight on having the keywords in the domain name. and if you have done any linking at all it will usually rank pretty well.

lol @ old people joke. Seriously tho the reason MSN likes your site could be anything depending on how you coded the site and what SEO tricks you applied to even a conicidence.

Thanks for all the replys. Yeah, the site isn't the most glamorous site out there, but it makes sales. I'm converting very high. I guess I'll just keep doing what I've been doing and hope to keep gettin love from MSN.

LOL at the old people msn comment. I think you are right, nobody I know uses it unless a cool article shows up when they sign into Windows Messenger.

When I think of MSN, I think of Grandma and her WebTV.

I like your site too, I don't think it looks bad at all. I think you could make an improvement by making the stars used in the ratings a higher resolution image. The one you have now looks a tad bit jaggedy. Also, the header image of the "pretty girl" (and a few other images) looks a little too compressed. The compression makes her hair look blurry, I would play around with that. You're probably trying to keep filesize/load times down but the compression on a lot of the images is a little too much :) IMO

    Good Luck

Does MSN uses page rank/score like Google? His site has a page rank of 0 by Google. if MSN likes your ad, guess you are lucky!
