    Get 1 link from healthy PR 3 page that have no more than 10 outbound links... you will end up at least at PR 1 at next update.

    Don't worry about PR, work on your content.. post regularly and follow the above suggestions and harvest later.

    How quickly should a new blog expect to recieve a page rank? I've heard that google updates every 3 months or so. Is that correct?
