Try to sell it for $2 to some IRC shell providing company, I can't imagine a successful site running off this domain.
I think its a good domain. Its not easy to remember but it wouldnt be aimed at someone that goes on the internet for ebay and facebook it would be aimed at people more into their computers and so i think its memorable and good. Id say at the minute reg fee, build a brand around it and easily $50 then after that dependent on income and traffic from the site.
yes you will be getting traffic that atleast know something about computers , if you can develop the site
reg fee - in terms of SEO and branding it is completely worthless. You'd be relying on people bookmarking it and returning to it, because they will never remember the syntax ("was it hack3r? or h4cker? or h4ck3r? oh, I give up")
