Get up, do what needs to be done, go have fun... It's generally a good idea to keep a written list (whether on a piece of paper or on the computer) of what you need to do for the day, for the week, and for the month. In the past year, Notepad has become one of my best friends. It's a great little tool for staying organized and on top of things. Since you're working from home, you get to dictate your hours. However many hours you're going to work per day and at what times is entirely up to you; it takes a little bit of experimenting, but once you've found the right schedule for you, you've found it.
I use some project management tools that help me keep track of stuff that needs to be done. IM/AM is a whole lot of multitasking
