A really Bad thing ...even i lost my backup for 4 days.. pretty bad.!!!

I bought a package from WHT about 3 days ago and still haven't been able to access my account. I will be moving to another host.

 

My account is expiring today, no support and no way of renewing my account i guess it's time to find another host.

Anyone knows a better host?

And when some unfortunate instance occurs you guys are very willing to call it a scam. Some people even find it a good opportunity to advertise their hosting in this thread in the mean time. Anyway, we will be sending new account info one by one. To get your account quicker please open a ticket.

Get 1 month free hosting: All active accounts on that server will get 1 month free hosting. To claim it open a ticket in 7 days from now.

We will try to recover all accounts one by one but there is no 100% guarantee to this. So to remain safe we declared all data is lost though there is a slight hope of getting back data.

To speed up this process, we will put off power on all our reseller servers for 24 hours soon. I have seen many people calling this a scam and then moving to our resellers. Good luck for them. Think twice before calling scam and threatening to do charge back. I have received atleast 20 such PMs in the last days. HD failure doesnt mean scamming.

EDIT: Those users calling this a scam and moving to our resellers, will get their accounts terminated there immediately I see them.

 

yup i got my account back.....and it has been credited one month free hosting.

All users will be sent new account info at first. Then we will try to restore data one by one of the accounts ONLY for which data is available.

 

What about the refunds? I paid you for march before hand thinking that you would be serving us good, But since i am closing my account, I want a refund.
My Monthly Date is 4th of each month, It was down since 24th, and my site isn't on your server any more. I should claim the 10Day refund + March + Your 1Month Amount as a compensation for my 500Users.
But I am only claiming March's amount. Be Good and Pay it back

I can realize nothing you could do as HD problem with horrible leaseweb support.
Thankz for being on track again..and hoping to not getting any further problem.
Downtime and database problem is the most disgusting and dangerous for webmasters.

1 month credit is NOT equivalent to 1 month money that you can claim you want it to your paypal account. Credit means hosting account credit.

 

i am NOT talking about 1Month Money, I paid you for March Before hand in February itself. I wish to discontinue, please refund.

 

Okay Bentink, I regret for calling you a scammer, Most hosts would run away in such cases. But bentink being a true man was stuck at his point and got the whole thing back..thanks to him..Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Your account will be created in the last of all. There is slight hope of getting back the data though not 100% sure. We are really working hard on this to get everything running smoothly as soon as possible.
