PR9 :: If you arent the scammer, why would you buy domains one day and then sell them at half their value the next day? Is a very strange way to do business.

Go ahead, I'm just stating what I know. And I never called you a scammer nor offered you to scam the other guy (scammer). It sounds like you're guilty though.

I offered to pay you the amount you claimed you paid the scammer, so I could get my domains back. (Is that scamming the other guy?) But instead, you asked me to wait for 24-48 while you "file a dispute on Moneybookers". All the while, you were attempting to sell the domains while you asked me to wait. A lot of good people here on DP notified me, that's why I decided to start a thread to inform people about the stolen domains.

Don't really want to get involved here, just want to offer an opinion on the situation.

PR9, sort yourself out and stop acting like a child. I don't know whether you're the scammer or not, but your swearing and insulting is only making you look more and more guilty. Calm down and try and sort out the situation so that the real owner gets his domains back, fair is fair.

Like I say, I don't know who is the scammer, but everyone getting worked up and criticising everyone else isn't getting anywhere. PR9, what SEOPlanet was trying to say, is why would you buy domains for $200 one day and sell them for $100 the next. You lose $100, so why? Again, it only makes you look guilty.

Again, PR9, I don't know whether you're the scammer or not, but I think now you're involved you should be a decent human being and try and help the situation.

So, everyone calm down and sort this out like mature adults. Good luck :)

It is a typical behavior of the guilty party.... as the old adage says "the size ( and nature) of a man is determined by the things that makes him angry"......

And may I add, things happen which we don't have control over..... and in the end, each will get what they deserve accordingly...

if only paypal treats merchants the same way!!! They just rely on customer service only for the buyers!!! Once they file a complaint it all goes back to them!! After you try your best to show proof of their purchase !! You end up losing !! Especially if its digitally delivered !!! Happens every time with me

A good potential safeguard is to ask the seller to answer an email that you send to his paypal email address.

That way if the paypal account has been hacked, the real owner is the one who has access to the email you send. Better yet, to give extra protection I would confirm the deal in the paypal email so you have a record for paypal. That part is of more value to the seller of course but has some benefit for both parties.

Sad to say, but I'm laughing as a little baby :D How can someone scam 300 domains ? You should be a completely dumb person to transfer such an amount before receiving payment :(

I pushed a domain name from my GD account to someone else yesterday and after the transfer was over I got this email:

"The change has been completed and the available information
has been recorded in our system.

If you feel this change is incorrect, please immediately contact
, and provide any information you may
have that will assist in reviewing your issue."

It has been sometime since you started this thread and I am not sure if you already contacted Godaddy but perhaps that could be a way to resolve this.

Even though Godaddy's support sucks nowadays (see my nightmare story: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1260460), you may perhaps have some luck.

@necc: I did that immediately after the payment was reversed. But that email is a sham and it's been misleading people. You'd think that they WOULD undo the transfer, right? Well, they didn't and they won't. They won't do anything because it won't earn them money!

One of my friend just tell Godaddy:

"Please Undo the Domain Account Change, there is a problem with this process"

And Godaddy pull back the domain to the first owner. I ever scammed too and lost $300+, and I talk too much to godaddy, and Godaddy never helped me. And my friend just tell like the words above, and godaddy undo the transfer without asking. So lucky.

And my friend said to me, make a buy button in our site for the domains, and that could help to win the dispute.

i think this guy were got mad since he cant sell the stolen domain, and he got very mad because he already dreamed some couple bucks of easy money.

I believe Jose has been done whois at the very first time when he realized that he got scammed. And then later after few days Jose did another whois, if the data still the same, then it will perfectly match, no need contacting godaddy for getting this simple ressume :D
