Adbrite - Network Advertisers vs Advertisers?

    I recently noticed that a "Network Advertiser" has signed up using my Adbrite referral id.

    What's the difference between a "Network Advertiser" and an "Advertiser"?

    There are 2 different rows - "Referred Network Advertisers" and "Referred Advertisers".

    What's the difference between the two?
