I disagree. If you market that name with Oregon businesses, you could get a good offer.

I have spent a fair amount of time there. This a dot com pronounceable, keyword heavy with commercial words. Three of them, but they are short, good, and local.

Here's what I would do: put it on Craigslist locally, in each city. There are lots, and lots, of startups that need websites. Put it in the Web design category.

I wouldn't be surprised if you could get even more. But that name is gold by local standards...unless it is saddled with Google penalties. In that case, reg fee indeed.

I would not build this up yourself, as is usually recommended. Go for the vanity market, and honestly I bet you could get $5000 if you are willing to wait.

One thing...make sure your ad looks very professional, no misspellings, hire someone in the Northwest US if you have to. People will smell scam unless it is professional.

Is this your site? How come it has the dm.org in all the titles? Is that the real PR 4? What's with the content?

Get more appraisals, and I may be unrealistic about the amount given the economy. But do bear in mind what I said if you win it...this will sell.

The automatic domain evaluators agree with the above poster, but as I said, I don't think that accounts for the vanity market. This is perfect for someone with a lot of money and a vague idea that they want to make a massive grab for the local online market.

Educated domainers probably won't pay so much.

I've got the domain. It's affirmative. Godaddy has pushed the domain into my acc.

If it is okay with you, i don't exactly understand by what you meant earlier.
would you please give me more suggestion

    thx :)
