Just wondering if anyone else got scammed by those two as well ?
Brad had this promotion on PPC Classroom ofering 2 of his products for free if you signup with them. You had to be quick as he said he will only give away for 48 hours from the time they launch their site.

My friend is new to internet marketing so I thought it would be great deal for her. I told her I trust him so she went ahead. Stupid me :(

All what she got is a charge on credit card and maybe she will get the DVD from PPC Classroom. But no products from Brad. His support is just ignoring the request and not responding to emails. All they did is change the level of lodged support ticket from urgent to low. 48 hours is almost up.

Guess you can't trust anyone anymore - I was going to buy SEO Elite from him but now I know he would probably take the money and run.

I've been scammed by ppc classroom themselves. I signed up and paid for the post and packaging $9.97 and thought I would also get the extra DVDs for a discounted price of $147. but after doing so I didn't get any conformation email. I spoke to ppc classroom via support and was told I had not paid them. My credit card company have confirmed they have received my money so I have attempted to communicate this to ppc classroom support. The reply is that they have not received my payment and now support have stopped replying to my emails. It is now 5 days since they have taken my money and I am unable to contact them . I managed to find just one telephone number for them and this dose not work. If anyone knows of a working contact number please let me know . I would think twice before you part with your money!

I would not waste another minute dealing with them. File a complaint with your credit card company and they will likely issue a charge back.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Can't you do a charge back on your credit card? Just call up your company and say that they basically stole your money with a scam. I've done this multiple times when I got scammed during my early days of internet marketing. Just make sure your credit card company within 30 days.

Also, if your friend is new to internet marketing there are a few great products that deliver on their promises. They helped me get off the ground. PM me if your interested.

P.S. I'm just offering you advice on a few products, this isn't a sales pitch. I'm sorry if it sounded that way.

Wow. I don't think I've read anything good about this program yet. Most people have just said it's rehashed old stuff, but this is the first time I've actually heard of people getting money "stolen".

Sorry to hear that. Brad is pretty much into scams. Some of his early software was good, but now days almost everything he sends out is just some get rich quick scheme and he is nothing but a loser now.

As to SEO Elite - never buy it. You can get SEO Spyglass for less and it is 10 times better.

Good luck getting your money back.

Thank guys for support. I was away for the long weekend and couldn't reply.
I never heard about PPC Classroom before but I heard a lot about Brad Callen and some of his materials were really great help. Considering that he is a member of DP as well I just decided to give it a shot - it wasn't much money and I thought she will benefit from it getting access to PPC classroom and Brad's website. We working on doing a chargeback

I just can't believe that a person who is active in this circles (DP), has a few good products would start scamming people. What image is he creating for himself? I'm just disgusted:eek:

If you have paid for something with a credit card it gives you a lot more power, than for example just using paypal funds.

The banks and credit card companies can often be quite helpful in gettng your money back.

Sir, I've gotten a couple of sweet tools from Brad and I never paid a dime. I'm not sure what's going on with your friend, but I have always recommended Brad Callens freebies. PS - I must say, I never gave any pay info to him or "them" in the past because I was being a typical noobie web moocher. I'm cheap and inexperienced for the most part.

I would like to make a point about Scams.

GUYS...When the Deal sound too good then it is too good. Meaning there is a scam behind.

I am receiving so many emails form PPC Classroom as well but to me their deal or products sound fishing. When some one in this board is too loud or he/she sound like they have the secret...rest assure is a scam

I think it's a human nature that we want to believe in people. We hope that at least one in 10 is an honest marketer. But we learning slowly that all are guilty until proven innocent. All I can say after the experience is keep away from Brad Callen - he is a scammer. As to the PPC classroom I can't say anything bad yet - they fulfilled their part of the offer - we got the promised DVD. If we will see some strange charges on the credit card in the future - time will tell. Let's hope not.;)

Hi Agabob, there's a big misunderstanding here. We definitely did respond to your support ticket. I can't look it up and provide a screenshot etc because I don't know your ticket number or full name, or email address you used to submit your ticket. I tried looking on your website: life-sucks.com, but I couldn't find contact info. If you can please provide your email address or ticket number here, I can provide a screenshot showing our response. We replied to all 4500 tickets within 5 days. It took us 3-5 minutes to set up 1 customer with bonuses and was very time-consuming. I personally spent 8 hours per day for 3 straight days helping my support staff get through the tickets, so I'm definitely sure they were all responded to.

I believe the problem is, when your ticket was responded to, you didn't receive an email notification from our help desk (or was sent to your bulk mail folder or something). If you return to the help desk and log back into you account. Look under the "closed tickets" category and you'll see our response to you. You'll probably also see answers to any of your SEO E questions you had in the past. I think this might be why you're not seeing our responses to you :)

I'm very sorry you felt scammed. That makes me feel aweful. I would have responded to this post much sooner, had I known this thread existed. I tried logging into DP with my old username, but I can't, for the life of me, remember my password. So, I created a new account to respond to this post and help.

Anyway, please post your ticket number here in this thread and I'll make sure to point you to our response so you can download your bonuses. The same goes for anyone else here that is having similar troubles logging back into the help desk to view our response.

Please don't pm me. Please post directly into this thread. Thanks guys!

    Brad

Hey Brad, thanks for the response. I did what you said and logged back into the help desk and sure enough, saw your response. Sorry for assuming the worst and thanks for the help. Great products!
