Hi, Linking USA based movies, softwares is illegal in USA and some people move this servers to asia. ( China - hongkong..) But how about the other way around? Linking to chinese, hongkong shows, movies in USA. Would there be any problem? When it comes to copyright/trade mark, China/HK often dont give a **** about it. So now what can they do if people in USA do the same(linking to chinese shows, server in USA)?
Wont matter lol. Japan takes down anime sites everyday in America. America just seems to observe copyrights, even of other countries. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but this is what I've seen around me niche of the web XD *not sure if I read the questions right, it's hard to understand...*
That is the case for Japan. US-Japan has good relationship. But China-US is different story. P/S: If you have problem with your niche, move to NL
Two problems. First, it is still illegal. Second, nobody in the US wants to watch crappy Chinese TV shows.
I was teasing. I am sure there are great shows on Chinese TV. Anyway, there is just not a big demand for Chinese TV here - certainly not so much so that people care to steal it. It is just a different issue than the Chinese and current US television shows and movies. Threads advocating unlawful behavior are silly, this one especially so.
I concur with that. Just hope that the long arm of the laws get catch hold of these sites asap. Chinese or any other movies deserve their copyrights. If everyone do the same thing, there is totally no incentives to create any new content as all these will be pirated and there is no revenue to be made.
They'd probably have to just let it go, it's a two-way street, in order for them to have the content in USA taken care of they would have to abide in the same way
