What is the best way to organize php? Examples? Tutorial links? Does it really matter how it's organized? Security? Speed? Stability?
I am not sure exactly what your question meant, but you can use an ide like phpdesigner for better productivity.
Using a framework (or building one of you own) it's the only true way to keep things tidy. PHP can be like a spaghetty dish
Hehe I wouldn't worry how it is 'sorted' as much as I would worry about making sure you can understand it later on when you have not looked at it for a couple of months. Make sure you comment everything so that you know what functions do what and all major stepping stones in the code. Indentation is also a great way to see where each conditional / loop / function starts and stops. I would suggest dreamweaver as an IDE as it is just real easy though it will not give you the same code options that other IDEs will (I am still using DW8 though so maybe the newer ones do).
