[WTH] Coder/Programmer ASAP (movie site)

Hi guys.

I currently have a design for a movie site, but I need it to be coded and integrated phpvideoscript so it's all ready to work.

So, I'll give you the design in PSD format and you'll need to make it all work.

The design hasn't been completely finalised, but here are a few examples to give you an idea of the sort of thing (if that alters the price):

Please send me your QUOTE, TURNAROUND TIME and ANY EXAMPLES OF PREVIOUS WORK. If you can't send me all three, don't bother.

Well, that's the thing, I don't have it ready, and I'm not starting until I get a quote for the coding. Because then if my budget doesn't allow to get it coded, I have wasted my time on the design. The first two links should give you an idea of the design (will be very similar to those), then the second two to demonstrate the script.
