The site in question here is WeightLoss Blog The blog is getting visitors for the keyword " weight loss " from MSN (first page)... also little traffic from Yahoo and Google. I am using Adsense on it and NeverBlueAds Adsense is not going great. And NeverBlueAds affiliate, is going bad as no earnings from it... The content of the blog is original and its growing. How do I cash upon it. Also, I dont knw if this is the right section to ask, how do I make the user stay at my site. So, basically I am wondering that I get visitors for the term " weight loss " from MSN, what can I do with these visits...
You should try to sell weight loss products and weight loss site memberships. You simply ad small pictures or text links in you sidebar or write a few reviews or comments on some of this products and link them to affiliate program of your choice. If you'll write about this products or sites, there is much more chance that someone will actually buy something. I would suggest moreniche.com for some of the products. Make sure that you'll offer quality products or you will loose reputation that you build.

I tried selling weightloss products through NeverBlueADs, but the response is not good because of the relative low traffic. So I switched to email submit offers related to weight loss. But will surely try moreniche.com as suggested by you... Hmm... well i never thought of developing a keyword.. it happened by chance... so no ideas about keyword and stuff...
Have you tried to spit-test your adsense ads? Try to put them just after a post or a natural place within a post, also test with or without pictures. If you get traffic I'm sure you could get adsense to earn you some money.

I think your niche is good and hot, but I suppose your 30-post content is not yet sufficient to attract decent search engine traffic. I also do not suggest combining affiliate marketing and Google Adsense immediately, not unless you are already successful in one of them. Visitors are being confused, instead of having a choice. SEO is complicated in general, but you can optimize your keywords by knowing if the keywords you are using is being searched well enough. You can use Google Adword keyword tool to start with - https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal Just make sure your content is very useful and readable by humans... Hope that helps.
Keep updating your blog as often as you can. You need to give those visitors something to subscribe to and bookmark. Don't worry about the one-and-done visits... Nice blog BTW - just update, update, UPDATE!

try more niche affiliate program, you can find Proactol and uniquehoodia there, by which you can earn a decent money.
