Id maybe suggest different blogs for different things. Ur cry4fun one is quite cluttered. Id go for seperate ones for technology, weightloss, and insurance, which u all have one the one. That should make the traffic to each more targetted? Just my thoughts
cry4fun.blogspot.com header is good but do you noticed that the visitor cant see any content without roll down. Better move the retangular ads to in between the post or inside the post. The side bar ads, make is to skycrapper
Number of clicks will increase if you have text ads. You have an image ad at the top and the users have to scroll down to see your post. Also track your traffic via google analytics. If you are getting 1000 impressions via organic traffic and no clicks then I will be concerned, but if the traffic is from social networking sites, forums like this one then it is natural. Users from these kind of sites don't click on google ads. Try getting origanic traffic via google, yahoo and MSN.
Don't create separate blogs for separate things. It'll make your life hell. You can continue to do what people say or start to do things how you want to. If building separate blogs works for you fine, but I see it as a waste of time. It makes link building suck, it makes it hard to keep up.. Trust me. I've tried it. I stopped doing things how the "pros" said to do it, started doing things my own way, and am now making 300 - 500 dollars a month.

Your sites just look like they are built for adsense only...there is no real content or value for a visitor...They are probably landing there and then pressing the back button. If you do get traffic to these sites you better fix them up because you are turning people away...Its just too obvious.. What do people get when they visit your site? Sorry to be harsh on your sites, but you said you wanted adsense help..Adsense works well on a site that has value and that blends adsense into the content, not use adsense as the content itself.
