    no kidding! I knew of the suit but had heard nothing of it for quite some time. So according to that statement it looks as though he's trying to get the suit tossed on account of nothing specific being claimed by ebay?

    I am not a legal major...obviously!

    I wish him the best, I'd hate to see anything happen to DP but @ the same time I would not condone what ebay claims happened

    cookie stuffing, which I had never heard of prior to this whole thing. I have not heard of any new developments stemming from this case...of course all the preliminary stuff is motions, filings, etc. Good news is that the forum is still up!! :)

    It's doubtful that it will close, unless it is seized, or is evidence of some kind, but who knows?
    Every time the database crashes I assume "That's it" anyway.

    On another note...DP is a revenue sharing forum right ? Has anyone ever had any revenue shared with them?
    Maybe I don't understand the concept correctly, but why do they have an option for you to add you adsense Pub-I.D. ?
