Has anyone profited as an affiliate for Maverick Money Makers

I haven't found very much online affiliate review for this? Is this a big affiliate scam or is it a good program? Is it working for anyone? Has anyone been burned? I saw some discussion on another affiliate forum, warrior, and people seemed to be complaining about it as a scam. I don't want to spend and loose advertising money, ezine advertising looks particularly profitable, even with only a 1% click rate and 2% conversion rate, and it could possibly be higher.
The figures look good for ezine advertising, and this is #10 rated in Clickbank, but please if there is anyone out there who can recommend or axe this program?

Here are the Clickbank stats, how would I read this to see if anyone is actually making money? Does gravity indicate how many affiliates are promoting it or how many are selling?

I have begun promoting it on my site and have had 0 sales from around 60 clickthroughs. I'm
    being patient though.

The content and his material is first class and is essentially like a video university for online
marketing. Having said that I wish it would pull clients in better.

I've viewed his material and it looks first rate to me. What concerns me is that he talks about generating some quick funds with CPA networks. The one he uses in a great example is Millnic. The only problem is that Millnic says you must have a website (not a monumental problem BUT it is something he says you don't need), the BIG problem is that Millnic says it must have traffic of 100,000 hits per month or more to be able to enroll. If you had that you probably wouldn't need help making money on line. I sent an email to Mack about this, but sadly have not had any response at all.
This does make me wonder about the validity of the program. At $97 PER MONTH... it ain't cheap in my book.

Right, Well I can disprove u there ;-) jk...but I am a member of Millnic, and when i signed up, (3 months ago) I did not have a site, and I told them so, and they approved my account anyways.

You just have to show them that you know how to promote in other ways, like outline how you will run a PPC campaign, or often I will tell them that I build specific sites around the offers I see on their network, (I've yet to be turned down with that one).

As far as Mack, I've been in contact with him a few times via email about a jv deal that just never really panned out....But I saw His course, and it is good info, and VERY well put together....It's not at all a scam or anything silly like that.

As far as making affiliate commissions on selling it though...wish I could help ya. I have been meaning to test the waters myself, someday. THe commissions are really good, recurring though, so if the stick rate to his membership is ok, then I'd say it'd be worth a stab :)

    Cheers

You can try it as long as it doesn't harm you. But you can double check them through search engines like Scam Search or Google just to make sure.

    Hi

I have managed to get free access to the members area of Maveric Money Makers, and have had a look around. Basically I subscribed to a matrix site, and part of the setup was access to their MMM membership. I'm not sure if thats ok with MMM, but I don't care right now.

I looked around, and was pretty impressed by the volume of content in the members area. Most of it is instruction videos. There are also niche ideas, E-Books galore, some nice 60 second guides, and a whole lot more.

They claim to have a 1% view to buy rate on people who see the sales page, so I'm going to promote it and see if I can make some sales.

What else does anyone want to know?

I signed up several months ago and was looking forward to learning the nuts and bolts of affiliate and Cpa marketing from what I assumed was a pro.

First of all you will not have any correspondence with Mack Michaels. He has customer support and they do answer your questions but often with vague responses.
He really sells you on promoting his MMM Club and with the reoccuring monthly subscription of $97 and (he claims) 3% conversion rates why wouldn't you? Because there is so much competition with other affiliates. I know some affiliates with super high marketing budgets are probably doing well but not most of us.

I followed some of his stuff that he lays out and it doesn't work. I did some of his CPA techniques, used Ad brite, google groups. He doesn't give you the nuts and bolts. He recommends ridiculously competitive keywords and other lame advice. Sorry I wish I could recommend it but I don't think it's worth the money. Will you learn something? Yes, of course but you are not going to learn how to be a successful affiliate marketer.

He tells you to go to CBengine and see all the top performing affiliate products. Why? So you will see his is a top seller with a gravity of 650+. Why? So you can compete with every other affiliate and burn through your pay per click budget with 0 conversions. I made a few sales but then they returned the product.

Go to clickbank and read what all the other affiliates have to say about this one. I do not recommend it.

There is a lot of "hype" concerning this company. Frankly, Maverick or not, Mack Michaels is a genius marketer. Give the guy some credit for cashing in while he can. When you Google "Maverick Money Makers reviews" and see all of his recruiters' articles seemingly reviewing the club, but inviting you to join the club at the end, isn't that what's it's all about? I have a website averaging 4000 unique visitors a day (uploadground.com), and decided to try affiliate marketing. Since Maverick Money Makers appeared to be the hot item, we decided to put it to the test. We’ll see what happens and report back If anyone is still interested.

There are two separate issues here:

    1) Can you make money promoting Maverick Money Makers

    2) Is the program itself any good

Obviously based on Clickbank stats, you can make money by promoting it. The stats tell you that story.

Of course you can also make money promoting survey sites that cost money to join, and everyone here knows how the whole survey industry works, and there is certainly no reason to pay for survey information.

I have seen the sales page for Maverick Money Makers and have been tempted to promote, but like OP, I am wondering as well whether the program itself is any good.

Has anyone who has joined actually made money applying what is taught?
