Can someone help?? I got the following message from Clickbank

    Hello,

A week ago I noticed that my Clickbank account went into SUSPEND status. I emailed them last week to inquire about why that happened and got the following response from them today:

This account has been reported by an internet advertising consortium in regards to the use of stolen credit cards.

Does anyone know what this means or has anyone had the same problem?

I already emailed Clickbank back asking for more info but will probably have to wait a few days before I get an answer.

I would really appreciate any info or input into this because I have no idea as to why this may have happened.

    Thank you

What do you mean by what did I do? I am trying to figure out what the email from Clickbank means as I have not done anything.

    Thanks

It sounds like someone reported your site(or affiliate i.d) and said you are using stolen credit cards..

Wow, wow , wow is all I can say. I had never even used any kind of credit cards period. Could it have to do with affiliate products being purchased with stolen credit cards?

I guess I am just going to have to wait and see what Clickbank says when they respond.

    Thanks

That could be it as well. Clickbank out a limit on the amount of chargebacks a product gets... Get too many - you are under investigation.

"A purchase is revoked if the customer's bank later claims the purchase was unfunded or fraudulent. Revoked sales cost us money and harm our reputation as a reliable product retailer. In these instances we charge the publisher $18 per credit card chargeback. We will charge an additional $35 per credit card chargeback if the publisher's products generate in excess of 1% chargebacks in any 90-day period. ClickBank reserves the right to delist any product or group of products at any time."
