Depends what the problem is but as general rule paypal will not get involved in service related matters. Only the sale of goods. hope that helps, Nigel
A slight correction. PayPal offers very minimal protection on digital goods but doesn't "always" side with the buyer. If you are dealing with tangible goods (iPods, clothing etc...), then the necessary requirements must be met for buyer/seller protection.
Even if a buyer is fraud or scam, PayPal will still favor the buyer. After all, they are famous for doing this. I am still wondering how they go with their quote "the safest way to send money without disclosing your credit card".
I too hate that character of paypal. Is there any way we can let them know of their mistake and solve this issue with them...I have not experienced it still but I want to solve it
Well, you can give it a try but everything you tell or suggest them will fall on deaf ears. The basics is that frauds and scammers do all sorts of wrongs things and we people are the ultimate sufferers.
