101 million searches. Approximate number of USA Residents 300 million. And if we assume that every 3rd american is a homeowner then they would have to search for mortgage insurance every month. Oh but this is a Worldwide list of course. Numbers don't tell the truth.
This numbers are amazing but I never knew Big G would publish such things. Is this for real? Like is it form Google? This can be a good information to get our sites optimized for some of those where you can compete.

You are right, it's not actual CPC figures, it's Google estimation how much newbie must pay when he first starts to advertise on these keywords. However when you rank keywords by these numbers you get a pretty good estimation on what keywords are the best. Especially if you already advertise on some of these keywords and can do the math.
