Ok - Based on the latest listings you have accepted into your directory and your post here. My first suggestion would be to hire an editor whose first language is english and knows what "keyword spam" means.... Oops also solicitations should be posted in the solicitations area.
You won't do very well if you don't beef up your quality standards and your editing skills. For example, I noticed this site is a typical made-for-adsense blog and has only 2 postings in it. But that's not my biggest complaint. My biggest complaint is it being listed in Business > Software. Also in this category: free webcam sex chat. What? I found the above by literally looking at your site for 20 seconds. There are many, MANY more sites listed in wrong categories. And as swedal mentioned, you have to lose all the keyword spammed listings.They are almost always automated submissions...often done by Indians. I guess they still think keyword stuffing works in India. An example: here. I wouldn't even review submissions like this. Just insta-delete them and ban their domains. Also, check out this one: here. Do you speak the language this site is in? Because if you do, then explain why a site selling dildos is listed in Business: E-Commerce: Internet Marketing: Marketing Software. Also, this particular site is no longer live....host suspended them (possibly for adult content reasons).
