    its hard to give you a one liner or quick guidance but you can read link development and search engine optimization forums here at DP for a while to get some idea. after that if you have any specific question, feel free to ask and there are lot of people here would would like to help

    Yes you definitely need more backlinks. You should either hire someone to build links for you or start learning various link building strategies yourself. Look into strategies like article submission, press release submission, blog commenting, forum signatures, social bookmarking, directory submission, link baiting, etc.
