    Traffic details: Mainly from search engines and link exchanges. Also paid for manual directory submissions.

    Description: Xbox 360 gaming site focused on news, hardware, accessories, games and Xbox Live. Also has functional gallery for posting avatars, screen caps, and other eyecandy goodness. All content is original.

    Price : Starting Bid $75

    Is an auction?: Yes

    Indexed pages (Google): Looks to be about 25 right now.

    Google pagerank: 0 built between PR updates.

    Alexa rank: No data my friends.


    A few side notes. Template is custom, so you shouldn't see a whole lot of the same out there, it was a template available from JoomlaPacks that I modified for my theme.

    The site is complete run by the backend of Joomla! and the gallery through the G admin. If anyone has any questions please do not hesitate to ask. This must go.....

    the joomla template you use is strange. Half the time site loads without the template for me.

    That's peculiar, never had any issues with it. The server I use has been showing heavy loads, it's possible it's just timing out. I'm sorry, I really don't know for sure, but I assure you it is a fully functional site.

    $300 for a site that's made $1.09 since may seems like a lot. Not sure I'd see a return on investment with this one.

    yes. that made 1.09 dollars and your expecting 300 dollars. seriously lower down the price buddy. Like 10 dollars or 30 dollars would be ok price. No offese but i don't think anyone would purchase it for 300 dollars.

    I'm not fully expecting someone to purchase it for the BIN. However, there are a lot of things to consider other than revenue on a brand new site.

    The starting bid is $75 which would cover the cost of the template and directory submissions. I don't see that as being out of line, I'm sorry if you do. I have sold sites with a lot less content with no revenue for more than $300. So basically, it's all in what the person buying is looking for.

    Thanks for the comments though. And, if no other bids are made I am willing to let it go for $75, the 300 is not the reserve, it's just a BIN.
