    I think as long it's working right now for you, than it's good to go...later on you can change the color to a more light colors...maybe...

    But not bad - looks good

    If you want to send some of those home improvement writers my way to submit articles on our contractors directory - i can compensate them...

    Nice logo design. But the footer looks separate from the site, so just add the light red color for the site background. It will equals the footer section.
