Exactly easy16, if you focus on the quality of content and provide an article your visitors love to read, you're already ahead of half the people in this industry.
yes it is possible but in my opinion it want to alot of money to build good blog & get more traffic it is not easy for me
People who say it can't be done are the ones that can't do it. A blog is just a delivery system, it's what you deliver that counts. The good thing about the web is that there are so many ways you can make good money once you get your head in the right space.
It takes a blog and (insert something else). Blogs on their own, if that's all you have, won't make you rich. A blog in which you talk about how much other projects are making will work (johnchow.com) A blog in which you talk about past ownage in some money related field works (shoemoney.com) A blog in which you talk about something interesting AND you are perceived as one of the best at it works. Remember - people don't pay you or visit your blog for charm or personality, they pay you and visit because you have something they want. If you have traffic and they want it they'll get active. If you offer advice and they believe your advice is the best they'll visit. If they want exposure they'll advertise with you IF YOU'RE THE BEST. So to say "blogs make money" I say BS. People make money with blogs if they have something else going on too.
A very pertinent point. A Blog is just a piece of software and content. It takes a person to collate and edit it all and then run it. Still cracking story though
It really depends on the blog. Dan Lyons doesn't have a clue what he's talking about to be honest. Let's not forget that this is the same guy that pretended that he was living somebody elses life. Yes a personal blog where people ramble about their boring lives is probably not going to make you a lot of money. However blogs that are treated like business for example, Gizmodo, Engadget, Blogging-stocks, Problogger, The Huffington Post and so on, make a lot of money.
Haha, Blogging is definitely not the best way to earn money. Maybe if you're too lazy to learn how to code or get a job.
There are very few blogs who make that much, most of the blogs that cross the $10,000 limit are those that usually talk about making money online. There are exceptions though.
