Look at ad this placement. Is that Legal?

You will see ads on pics is that legal?

Don't Promote personal sites here. you can be banned for good. Anyways putting ads on pics is against AdSense TOS.

 

Dude dont go by ur myth thats not my site i just came across a placement which i found bit tricky and thought about posting at forums.

Its against the terms, bit risky.

 

But many celebrity base website is doing this and interesting thing is just have a look at the above of that ads ... its written Ads by GumGum and below that ads by Google.

GumGum is providing photos to you and you will get payment for 1000 impression. This is not fixed by webmaster, its came with the photos.

no, it doesn't against TOS, it is legal as long as the picture and the ad doesn't have have the same format and same width...
