just ignore it for now. channels will come in handy later when you want to know which specific ads generate how much. but you can edit it later. if you're in a hurry, move on, go go go!
If you choose to make a channel it will be made available to advertisers to bid upon depending on the name and keywords. I think this will give you more PPC so go ahead and make the channels.
first of all its ads, not adds, second of all if by temper you mean modifying the adsense code. You will get your ass banned sooner or later.
Tamper implies doing something below-board. As in to impede the normal operations of something. You DON'T want to do that with Adsense.
