any host selling you 64kbps 50 listener shoutcast for $5/mo is really overselling - shoutcast can get pretty resource consuming especially if you have 50 listeners on at the same time - and 2gb of bandwidth for auto DJ is another thing - and no such thing as unmetered bandwidth so that's another way of asking for another overseller. If you already found one giving you 10gb space, try that out and see how it lasts you. If it lasts for a while, it's probably a great deal and you should jump on it.
