Adsense IRS question

    Can I apply for Adsense without having w9 at the moment?
    i.e Can I first apply for adsense and before I reach the minimum pay out required, I'll act to get my w9?

    Applying is no problem. However, they wont be able to pay you until you give them the proper IRS info (whether a US citizen or not).
