<title> space|space </> ???

    weird title...
    so i want to know does it make difference to have space before | or after ?

    make money online|free registration
    or
    make money online | free registration

    same or not ?

    No it is not same. It means "online|free" is not separate words. Second title is good.

    I used a title like that on one of the blogs, for some reason got more yahoo hits than google on that one. Not sure if thats the reason.

    The | is a word separator, so I would assume they are both the same.

    I would use the spaces because it just looks right. But I also wouldn't worry so much about an optimization like this.

    You need two space before and after |. It will make your blog title more friendly with users and search engine

    Just my 1 cent ...

    The latter is better than the other one 'coz it looks professional and clean. But anyway, they are the same in the eyes of search engine.

    Google does not read the Special characters so do not worry about that.

    Choose 2nd option it looks good and professional. :)

    No it snot same with spaces treated as diff words. But special chearectors between the word for speration will work but the weight of keywords by each word, whole word will be diff
