Looking for a new alarm clock - any suggestions?

I'm moving, and want a new alarm clock.

Just wondering if you guys have any suggestions?

I'm sick of the "BEEP BEEP BEEP" ones; I'd like one that wakes me up to music, but not the radio. Maybe a CD?

I'm just curious to see what you guys use? Every time I make a post like this, I always get awesome suggestions

 

I use my mobile phone. That way you can wake up to anything you set.

 

Even I have my mobile phone's alarm waking me up daily... I have set a prayer recorded in my children's voice as the ring tone and I wake up daily...listening to it..

i need to get a alarm clock, i always set my phone alarm but its just not loud enough >.<

 

got an ipod? There are several alarm clocks on the market where you can dock your iPod and wake up to anything you want! (And it charges your iPod battery while you are sleeping!)

 

As my PC is always turned on - cron job does it for me .. Every day at 7:00 AM I get my local radio station playing on the max volume ( increasing slowly .. at the end - night club ). Pretty easy to wake up, as I need to turn it off

It's great, it keeps rolling, so you have to get up and chase it, to shut it off, and that way, you're WIDE awake!!!

I think most people use their mobile phones. You can set it to what ever you want. I also like it because I am one who loves to hit the snooze, so I set all 3 alarms on mine. I do not even have my normal alarm clock plugged in, it is in a drawer collecting dust.

Me too, use my cell fone. I like the ringtone ‘Nostalgia’ to wakeup, that sounds like the old analogue telephone’s cring...cring... sound. The ‘Nostalgia’ sound is enough to wake me up and I never feel bother.

I use only the mobile phone to wake me up in the morning it's the same jingle since the beginning and I am not bored of it, because I don't care so much about it
