Yes, it is better to re-design your website! Firs of all your page is too long! Website has no logo! Left-side menu bar and webpage are too long and doen't look good! You should decrease google ads and move the "Internet is a place to make money..." text to the top! There are many small issues like text and image in the "Ways for teens to make money" and "Make money using pay pal" block! All these issues have a negative impression on customers and make users leave it within a few seconds! The only thing I like in your site is your header! The bloks are placed at your website incorrectly and can confuse a visitor!

 

Get someone to redesign and organise your site and help make the web a more beatiful place

the text is all too cramped! you need to format readable paragraphs, no one will attempt to read that poorly formatted text

 

It looks lightweight and I like lightweight sites. So keep it lightweight

 

The images of the guys, need to be properly floated to the left of the paragraph content.
Red adsense ad in body just kills my eyes.
I can't read it well so I just over look it too easily. Maybe a light blue instead of red?

writing looks cluttered, and pre-written because of font choice. Text LOGO on top of page is big NO NO. Other than that, clean up placement of ads perhaps?

Too much text.. Make a smart design !

 

There's a lot of good information on your site but to be honest I think it needs simplifying as my first impression was that I was overwhelmed with 'stuff'

I'm on a widescreen 24" and the text is far too big and I also needed to use the scroll bar because the site doesn't fit my screen properly.

Other than that I liked it - well done

 

Thanks for you appreciation Danzig. I Know I have information there but from the people who review my website I now know I have too much information.. I have already hired a designer and am planning to give a smart look with less contents every page..
I would like you to discuss how to make my users stay inside my website for some time.. In other words how can I improve the user experience.. This will help me as I am redesigning the website.

Looks like 100% spam, one look and I don't even want to TRY to find something useful. All the links look like they might be traps, so I don't want to click anything. I hit 'back' with vigour. Broke my mouse button and bruised my finger.

 

You need a helmet for your fingers friend.. You may just broke it ... helmet for your mind too.. Suspecting like that

 

I've seen that you've progressed well in terms of design. I suggest that you need to define the categories well. Searching something might just get confusing at times.

All in all....a genuine improvization.
