You should reevaluate the way you try to get the job done.
If you want a quality job you should expect to pay at LEAST 30 cent per ad.

A good Craigslist poster has hundreds of proxies, often with PVAs that's a lot of money / month.
You might find someone doing the job for a few bucks, but he'll post on his dialup. -> heavily overpost your ads and get most of them ghosted.

My suggestion: look for a quality Craigslist poster. He'll cost a bit but he knows how to handle the ads proper without harming you. (you might even get sued for spamming if the poster does a bad job..)
If you want a lead to a good CL poster you can PM me, otherwise just look around.
