What Will Be The Cost Of My Website

    I opened a site at http://www.belmos.com 3 months before. It is a general forum with lots of topics.

    Here is the short description about my website.
    Google PR : 3
    Alexa Rank : 92,753
    Total Post : 2600
    Total Members : 100
    Forum Software : SMF ( well onpage optimization )
    Did some good SEO for my forum.

    Listed in top 10 for the keyword "Freeware Files" in google.

    I promoted the site in social bookmarking websites to earn some cash. I am earning some cash ( not huge ).

    I am estimating PR 4+ in next PR update.
    Now the question is what will be the cost of my website????

    This will help you in making a cost of your website.

    Also include domain name and web hosting cost in it.

    Cost means the domain registration + web hosting price + revenue generated by website per year.

    If you have to sell website,first you have to prove that your website is able to make this amount of money per year. It can be through advertisements or by google adsense.
