Just got set up with Implihosting few days ago. And thought id leave a bit of a review, Cause the guy was so nice about things. Well first off i tried to do it all myself. Setting all the server up. The DNS, hosting packages etc. But made a total mess of it all.. Im not a techie guy. I just build websites !.. Ended up making a total mess.. So i got sam (Kerplunc) on Windows messenger. And said i cant do any of it..And i screwed up.. The guy couldnt of been nicer about things.. He deleted everything i had done. And set it up from scratch. He set up the whole server and got me hosted in under a few hrs. And even gave me extra features as a good will gesture.. Ive now been hosted for a few days.. Server seems pretty fast.. And the price is half of what i paid elsewhere.. I now got 5 websites up and running. No problems. And although i cant comment on possible future performance.. So far i am impressed and happy with the service and thank the guy alot for his hard work. So if you need cheap hosting from a UK provider, one thats on hand via live chat to help you out (as he did me) . then check Kerplunc out.. I doubt you will find better on DP ! cheers sam!

Well low and behind.. Just as i thought things were going well.. here comes the bombshell ! *BANG* what a complete waste of time.. So a week or so after i signed up got everything sorted out.. Hosting goes down. I try to contact SAM on his messenger and no response. Infact he signs off !. No hosting for 12 sites for 3 days. Finally i get old of him to ask WTF is going on and he tells me his server got corrupted.. Im like ok. so WhereTF are my sites.. It turns out that they DO NOT have a back up system and that all my work, all sites were lost forever.. There was no informing me on their part that i needed to re-upload my sites. No messege to tell me what was going on.. and all he could do was say well its not his fault. The server went down.. And to read their TOS that states they do not have backups and they do not offer refunds.. Im like WTF.. Basically i find out SAM or KERPLUNC is 16 yrs old and basically playing at being a host. Hes not really a host and neither is his hosting company implihost. - It looks good, sounds good and even starts off good. But inetitably turns too shit.. - So avoid the headache and hassle and go find a good host from the start. DO NOT USE IMPLIHOSTING keywords for google searches: implihosting review, implihosting scam, implihosting problems

Here is one review from me. They gave me more than I've been searching for. I've been using their hosting only for one month but I can say that you can never find that quality for this price. Here is my report: - I've submitted 4 support tickets 2 of them replied within 4 hours, 1 within 6 hours and the last one within 12 hours.(Last request is to install ffmpeg, ffmpeg-php, mencoder, mplayer, flvtool2, libogg, libx264, libfaac, liborbis etc.) All request replied positively. So my mark for support (10/10). - Servers performance and the connection are very fast. (please consider that I've only tested from server speed test sites and my local computer in Turkey). Technical mark (9/10) I'll continue to report here every month. If you have any questions I'll be glad to answer. Thanks.
