Hello, I am new to this board but I've been reading tons about IM over the past month and I must say I've been overloaded with information. I am a newbie to almost every aspect of making money on-line, but I learn very fast. Especially if I am really motivated--ike now. I am trying to join some CPA networks, as well as promoting some products as an affiliate. But with so many different ways to make money online and so much information out there, I am suffering the "paralysis by analysis" syndrome. I know every other new member posts a question like this but I have not seen an answer I am looking for. Is there an "easy" way to make some cash on-line? I know this sounds funny but what I am looking for is about $250 per week. Let me explain a little further. From what I understand almost every method requires a lot of invested time but yields a chance of making serious money. However, that's not what I am after. I am leaning more towards actual work, like filling out surveys or something along those lines. I am just looking for a lower but steady income for right now. So is it possible to make $250 a week with about 60 hours of time on my hands? I am looking for something that does not require setting up a complex website and learning how to use complicated scrips. That will be my hobby in the spare time, but right now I want more of a job. Do you have any ideas for me? ( I can invest some $ if necessary) If that can't be done and I sound retarded just let me know... ones is enough... Btw, you might be able to tell by now that I am not a great writer, so I doubt writing articles for living is the best option for me. Any advice is greatly appreciated. -Yuri
Honestly, only one thing came to mind. Chacha. I know very little about the company, so I'm certainly not guaranteeing it will yield that much or work for you, but it is steady. Regardless of what you do, there really is no easy money out there. You get paid as much as you work. If you are willing to put in the effort to succeed, you will get the money. Good luck.
Thanks aeolson, I perfectly understand the fact that there is no easy money. I just want something I could rely on while I build by knowledge and skills, and wait for them to start paying off.
read this thread http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1220563 rinse and repeat ! Piss easy !
Michael, I've actually read your thread a while ago but forgot all about it! I will actually give it a try now. Thanks.
It depends on your knowledge and experience. For some experienced marketers making $250 a week starting from zero is quite easy. However for people asking questions like this on forums it would be much harder. So let us know what you can do and we might be able to give you some ideas to generate cash online. For newbies making $1000 in 60 hours of work is pretty much impossible.
Zexy, 250 a week working 60 hours a week. That would make $1000 in 240 hours. And although I hope I can do better at least I am being reasonable. Thanks for being realistic though. (no sarcasm) As far as what I can do... hmm...Surely I can do many things but I do not know what exactly I can apply here. I am trying hard to learn how to built websites ;(already have a domain name and a host, as well as dreamweaver). I am best at following step by step directions.
You can write articles, or offer some other kind of services (don't fill surveys, it's like robbing yourself, you make the affiliate free money while you get all screwed and spammed) or try flipping websites or paid blogging. There are lots of simple solutions to start with and advance to more complicated stuff.
If you got overloaded with information on the net, it would be hard for you to focus on your specific goal in Internet marketing. Well.. I Got some tips for you.. Do - Develop an information management strategy that works for you. - Filter information. - Accept that not all pertinent data can be examined prior to a decision when data volumes are exceedingly high. - Attempt to recognize quality data. - Take control. & Don't - Let information take control of you by working 60 to 70 hours per week. - Take cell phones or computers on vacations. - Attempt to examine every piece of data available. - Focus on things beyond your control, such as the number of new Web pages being added daily All the best mate..!
Im thinking about getting a mentor to get me sorted. Whats the going rate though? 50% of profit? Id happily offer that % of my first year profits for a couple hours guidance a week for a month or two to get me on the right road and the right programs/systems/metods etc. Anyone interested PM me! To orignial poster - filling surverys definately aint the way forward, but flogging paid survey programs in tough economic times is relatively easy!
Thanks for input everyone. After more reading and more notes I finally narrowed down a few things that I am going to try. Now it's time to give it a go and see what works and what doesn't. By the way, CMS2009, if you get more information or find a mentor please PM and give me a few details on how that works. If you get a chance. Later.
