I can design the website...even code it as a static HTML+CSS page...but I won't be able to integrate it into the CMS you use (if you use one)

I am interested in this. Could you tell us more details about the site concept ? I mean , what exactly do you need ? ( like sidebar, searchbar, log in form ,) , the scheme ?
