18 months of stats and 18 months of stable Google Adsense earnings. You won't get better proof than this.

So why am I selling it? Well, I need money
I have been working on this website for several months, back in 2004. Mainly getting links to it. The website has only a few pages in total. This is actually a good thing...read on to find out why.
It started getting really good traffic, however, I started working on several other websites as well, which started making me more money, so I gave up on this one.
Basically I just thought I'll let it die off, and left only Adsense on it.

I have not done anything since, and the traffic dropped. However, Google images have picked it up around year and a half ago, and since then traffic has been amazing. This is why not too much content is a good thing. Traffic is coming mostly from Google images, therefore CTR has been really high for the past 18 months.

So far in 2006, almost 100,000 unique visitors. That will be almost 200,000 unique visitors this year. I am sure you can make more than me with affiliate links or just getting this people subscribing to a newsletter, or whatever you have under your sleeve. I don’t have time to bother with this.
I will give, upon request, any type of report you may require.

Total cost to run it: $20 for hosting, per year. That's it.

The last six months of earnings average out to $312.5 per month, so BIN would be $3,750.
For the past 18 months it was averaging out to pretty much the same. You won't get more constant stats of earnings than this.
You DON'T have to touch this website, and it will still be making you this much money. With some work it has a lot more potential.

I am thinking of revealing the website address only to the buyer, because of the main source of traffic being Google images, and possible copy cats. A sale I made in 2005 resulted in the entire website being copied, word for word, and design. I won't let this happen again. And this is the main reason I have no links in signatures. So I would prefer selling this to an established DP member.
The website has something to do with fashion.

Just to clarify, you aren't going to reveal the URL until the site is sold, so we are buying this without seeing the site at all. Is that correct?

Is the site family friendly?

Once the purchase is agreed upon, and the money deposited at escrow.com, will you allow the buyer to back out if the site is unacceptable?

 

I will give any stats that are required from me. I will let the buyer back out if the proper reason is given. I don't want someone impersonating a potential buyer this just to find out how I did it

LOL, how you can you say that? He has both traffic and income proof, and he has also guaranteed the traffic. Just because you don't have the URL, doesn't mean it is air. For the price he is asking, the price is totally reasonable. If he had published the URL, the price would be higher, and apparently, would decrease the value of the site. He can sell the site as he likes, if you don't feel comfortable, I don't see any reason for you to comment on the sale. Just click on the back button and go onto the next thread.

Any chance on getting the URL if an NDA is signed? I'm interested in bidding here, but I'm a bit concerned by not being able to at least look at the site before buying.
