Well one of my friends check got dispatched last at the end of november .he never got the check .he tried contacting google million times but all he got was either a automated message .he never got any reply . what is he supposed to do now ? any idea !!
If he's prepared to wait the undelivered check (wherever it is) will expire and the earnings will be recredited to his account. If that happens they'll ask for confirmation of address details before attempting to send payment again.
If he contacting google MILLION times without any answer, I think you should add the description about his step to complaining this. I have a good cooperation from Adsense staff. I've complained about PIN number 2 years ago, complained about reissue check, asking a question about Ads improvement and does it acceptable by their TOS or not and all of question has answered. I don't think that your friend has a wrong step but it would help if we (or me) know what he was doing to complaining his problem.
My friend have done that many times they just do not respond to any of his mails . It took him more than a year to reach 100$ mark and look what happened to him .
