I just started it,

but I wanted to get it off the ground before I started a .com hosting unreal tournament 3 tournaments

The font on the page would be more legible if you made it white.

 

I like, perhaps you could intergrate some more Unreal Tournament themed images though? (give it a more 'grungy' feel).

I think the font on the page should be a darker colour, not white.

The design of your site looks simple. The image took a little bit time for loading. Make your site more brighter, its looking very dark and makes trouble to read it.
