$350 - Website Design + Logo Contest (no coding needed)

I am in need of a new design + logo for my celebrity/hollywood gossip related site over at http://www.vocley.com

Details
The site must be about the same width that it is now.

You are creating 2 pages. The front page and the content page. Once the front page is done, creating the content page is no big deal. No coding needed.

There is no restrictions on colors as long as there is a celebrity 'feel' while browsing the site.

I prefer the site to be a little bit 'grungy' while still keeping it clean and professional. However, you are allowed to be creative and use your photoshop skills to what you know and do best.

The header must be attractive and awesome. This is the part of the site that has the most weight in determining the winner.

I need the header/logo to be more than just fancy text. It needs to depict the celebrity thing using objects that are related to hollywood and celebrities. Stars, the hollywood hills, fancy cars, spotlights, money, red carpet, awards, etc etc.

I really like how these sites are designed.

Payment will be done by paypal. I have no problem paying first. You must be able to provide a fully layered PSD with fonts used.

RaduTRIFAN: Best one so far! I am digging it. The background images on the header are cool. I really like the girl on the top left, its great. I am not too sure about the money on the top, it just seems kind of random there. The logo on the top left is great. The only thing that bothers me is the font and the little star. Perhaps try a different object or another type of star? The menu bar needs work too. It seems plain. The content headings (featured,newsletter,recent) seem dull with just a plain color, and again, font. Spice them up somehow, maybe rounded corners?
I am not too sure about having recent gossip in 2 columns like that, would like to see some variations. Overall, good job.

I don't know how to explain. I can find FREE themes online that look way better than that.

I was just browsing through template monster and found this

I really enjoyed seeing that. Perhaps you could take some stuff from that link and use it in your desings.
I especially dig the background and the double header at the top.
