Paydotcom charges fee every sale, does clickbank do the same or no?

I'm not sure how much does CB collects from each sale but there is a flat transaction fee on it.

With Paydotcom, you don't have to pay the $50 fee like over at Clickbank. But in return, if your products makes it big on Clickbank, you'll be set... hope that helps.

There are still almost 2000 products to choose from on PayDotCom marketplace, compared to 8000 on ClickBank. You can access all their historical performance from my site (signature below).

I'm not sure either CB does take a charge for each sale or not...but each check that send to you will be charged as much as 10%.

If you have a web site and want to sell products are you allowed to sell from BOTH companies? OR is it like Google - if you have a google ad on one page you can't have any one else's ad on the same page?

I really don't see that you should have to pick one or the other. If you have a product on one, I don't know that you can't have it on the other as well, it would be like doubling your sales force. But I would definitely send a message to ClickBank first to find out if they have restrictions.

    Hi,
Every network charges on the sales you make. So you can join either PayDot.com or ClickBank. Both sell digital products.

well of course CB charges fees...lol.

However, PDC has a very sh***y collection, it just cant compete with the many niches CB has. Eg. health niche.

ClickBank charges fees. Here's a quote from their website itself

On the other hand, PDC deducts $3 from every product that costs over $20. It deducts the fees, and divides the remainder among Affiliates and Publishers.

So IMO, PDC is better for high-priced items (the don't have a sale commission limit like ClickBank). However, my first try with PDC revealed that its full of bugs. The figures under your "Actual Sales" section vary from the figures in "Campaign Stats", their user-interface sucks, and its normal for any newbie to be confused. I feel that PDC is more publisher oriented.

But on the bright side, they mail you everytime you make a sale, and you get paid via PayPal. So I guess that evens it out. :p

I personally have had better success with clickbank...but have heard good thing about paydotcom. The only bad thing I have heard is some publishers not paying. Where as clickbank takes care of that on their end where with paydotcom the publisher has to pay you.

It's obvious that CB is much bigger than Paydotcom. But the fees in Paydotcom are less if you're starting out. Good luck!
