I would stay away from his server: I ordered this package from Koaz on the 9th of Feb. I requested to be canceled on the 12th of Feb. I HAVE STILL NOT BEEN CANCELED NOR HAVE I GOTTEN A REFUND. He has completely avoided me and anyone who has a problem with his server.

I sent a support ticket and have not received any emails.

My opinion = Very poor customer support.

I sent Kaoz a private message before my support ticket, he does not respond.

My opinion = Very untrustworthy person.

Why is it so darn hard for him to simply cancel my account and refund my $26.00.

Fact of the matter is he isn't very honest and he is overselling his server. People complain the server
is overloaded - here is the evidence to prove it is.

 

I would but he refuses to deal with this topic after numerous emails and complaints. Anyways, my post was in direct relation to other peoples questions about his services. I personally would hate to have another person ripped off like I, and other people from previous threads, have been by this guy.
