Massive Spam: Google simply won't react!!

I have told Google.com and Google.de twice about a spammer who is using some kind of 5 billion-style spam, copying thousands of articles from my website, but they simple won't react. Now please tell me - is this spam or not?

(these are just some of the domains, there are thousands of other .info-domains which are all interlinked with each other)

    1205.2dlpz39j4.info/
    453.umqk12.info/
    2480.pzf1877m.info/
    4713.5sf7tn.info/
    4382.r3666u.info/
    355.d153p.info/
    218.2pi1v8m5.info/
    715.uc3d4oe.info/
    4911.tv3xai6.info/
    1993.9k4r4.info/

I really wouldn't care but for some keywords these sites even rank better than my own site (which is the original!). I have lost at least half of my Adsense earnings in the last week just because of lost traffic. Traffic which is going to some sites like 355.d153p.info which in Google's opinion is a site worth indexing!

Have you tried getting it resolved through AdSense?

I think it would take some time to process :)
Google is BIG and tweaking should not be easy all the time in algo.

@CReed: Yes, but the difference is:

    t1ps2see.com is OUT

The domains which I posted above are still IN!

How long has it been since you made your complaint?

I made a complaint against a site for violation of Google's TOS and it took about 10 days, but I received a nice email stating the problem was taken care of, which it was!

    I was successful because:

    1. Emailed several different divisions
    2. I outlined my complaint
    3. I provided screen shots of:
    a. Google's TOS
    b. Search Queries
    c. WHOIS info
    d. Several links to the site(s) where the violation's occured
    4. Waited a week and sent the exact same email

Come on, it must be one or two clicks for them to kick someone out!

I turned one of the spammers in more than a month ago. Found them when searching for a keyword used on one of my sites. Page contains nothing but

    keyword, KEYWORD, keyword

and adsense. If you look behind scenes the meta keywords tag is no way related to my keyword and heading on page. Here it over a month later and site still up showing Adsense. Maddening.
