Good first day?

Today is my first day ever using adsense.. is this good? I'm quite happy with it and I'm buying traffic tomorrow .

I made $4.98.

 

I think that my first day earnings were zero, so I would say that 5 bucks is really good.

DO NOT BUY TRAFFIC. Have you read the AdSense TOS?

I just checked - there have been changes - the words "buy" and "traffic" do not occur.
BUT, traffic buying will work against you, when Google finds out. Some have been banned for this offense.

The only stat that Google approves of you showing is "Total Earnings".
But many who post here show more than that. I guess that it is whatever you are comfortable with.
I tend to generalize when discussing CTR and eCPM. I think that these are the 2 most sensitive stats.
So don't show Impressions and Clicks in the same breath. Or, perhaps, neither at all, unless you are a gambling man.
I have never seen a post that says "I was banned for showing my stats", but that doesn't mean it couldn't happen.

That's amazing, I have a blog for more than a week now and guess how much I have made? Nada. lol
I'll work now on traffic.. since the google haven't indexed the website yet. grr

My first day earnings where about $0.02 and that was about a year back. So, $5 now is really good Congrats.

$4.89 is very good CPC. Anyway, dont buy traffic since it is against adsense TOS

 

I suggest you quit buying traffic. I consider them as junk traffic 'coz they don't convert to leads/sales. Anyway, 4.89 dollars is a great start, just don't do stuffs that is against adsense TOS and you'll be fine.

 

Where are your traffics came from? Congratulations on that successful start...

Better to work on SEO and posting in forums for traffic rather than buying the traffic. It will not good for you

To reaffirm what others have told you, buying traffic is not the solution to maintain high earnings. It could lead to fraud clicks and in the end do more harm than good. You might want to consider your option.

 

$5 is a nice first day, but never become satisfied $500 a day sounds alot better
