$60 Logo Needed/5 Day Contest PayPal

I am creating a new website for a client and I need a logo designed as soon as possible. The site is is a forum that facilitates discussions between members about the captive breeding and keeping of Poison Dart Frogs. The site slogan will be "An online community dedicated to the captive breeding and keeping of Poison Dart Frogs". Simple enough, huh?

The name of the site is "DartFrogForums" dot com.
I would like the size of the logo for the site to be approximately 400x100 px. (I am a little flexible with the size, since I am still in the construction phase) However, I will need the actual logo design to be much larger, and of a greater resolution/Dpi. I plan to use the design for T-shirts also. I am not as concerned with the colors of the logo, as I am with the overall design concept. (But I was kind of leaning towards a blue or green) While I am open to all design concepts, I really like the logo design used by the owner of the site GeckosUnlimited.

All I ask is that you please do not use any copyrighted images in the logo design, and I guess it should have some sort of a Rain Forest theme.

I will keep the logo contest open for 5 days, but I reserve the right to end the contest sooner.
Payment will be $60 USD via PayPay.
*The winner agrees to provide the PSD files at the end of the contest.*

That looks good. I did not think of a black background, but I am now. Can I see it on a white back?

For a black template i will need 165x50. I know its small but that fits nice into the black theme.

I decided to go with a black vB template (Click here to see it)

Logo needs to fit onto the image (top_left_bg.gif) 199x127 in the upper left corner of the site AND it seems like the orange and green work well with the theme.

Feedback:
@watari-I like yours alot (Colors/Style). Fits the theme perfect, but need a variation that is re-sized.
@Ori lowkey-Too much green, and I do not like the "frog" font
@Renderwork-Nice and simple, almost too simple. The frog doesn't flow with the contemporary theme.
@Sikka2010-Frog doesn't flow with the theme.

@Plugzzz-please take a look at the link that shows the template. 1st attempt was a little plain for the theme. 2nd attempt is more on track an a lil closer.
@renderwork-I like overall, but not the "f" in frog. Or maybe just the eye has to go.
