ideas on marketing my new website

Can someone give me some ideas on how to market my new website;
www.theopenshop.com

This site pulls products from amazon and clickbank.I really want to marketing the site and hopefully can earn from it.

Try submitting to directories and try getting some decent backlinks to increase your search result rankings.

 

Also have fresh content and further use forums as a marketing tool.

 

Get your website in directories mainly paid and most famous directories . And use ppc advertising to get potential customers .

- work on your SEO and get the sit listed at the top of search engine searches.
- Post your services in all free classifieds - Craigslist and others
- social media - Facebook, twitter, linkedin, myspace
-facebook and myspace also have classified ads space
- google adwords
- don't forget social bookmarks - Digg, Delicious, Stumbleupon
- start a blog -blogger, wordpress
- list your services on yahoo local and google maps, base, orkut
- Post in forums and chatrooms

 

roger has said something which can do a hell good of promotion...also get as many backlinks as you can
anyway, how much you want to spend on your promotion?

I would also like to suggest you that try to do marketing of the site by hosting some kind of contest targeting your niche of traffic..Results will be very good.try it once..!!!!!

 

These two methods will be the best to get an immediate flow of targeted traffic. Adding a blog and working on your seo the best option for long term.

 

i dont think their is a good way to market a 500 internal server error, atleast thats what i got

 

do something about the internal server error.

 

needs to be fixed nothing to comment on
