    Place a vertical unit in your side bar

    Try placing rectangles between the posts instead of within them

    WAY TOO MANY ads on your single posts! You don't need all those referral buttons :) Remember that content should be the primary focus of a blog.

    Do you mean that I should remove embed adsense add on my post and for example I should place a rectangles between post 1 and post 2 on main page?

    Vertical unit that you mention is skycrapper? Where should i place it? Below the subcribe column or at the bottom sidebar?

    Do u mean that i should remove all referrel button? Maybe I can replace the replace image with other image that suited my theme?

    kulimboy, in general you have a very good setup. The adds inbetween the the posts in your blog is placed at the exact right place to get click throughs. The content is still easy to read.

    I don't get the Ads by Google, Blog, Blog Submit and Promote Blog link in the main nav. Rather put those links in the footer. As far as onpage conversions are concerned I believe you are on the right track with a good balance of content and ads.

    New design had been applied to my blog.. feel free to see it. My problem now is my adsense add is not very targeted to the content.. Maybe this is a wordpress layout problem?
